The Trump recession

More and more economists are warning the American people about Donald Trump’s economy — and the fact that we could, in a few short months — be facing a recession. These economists warn that the combination of tariffs, spending freezes, agency shuttering, and thousands of forced layoffs could create the perfect storm for a recession.
Who would Trump blame if it didn’t come to that? JOE BIDEN, I suppose. But Trump, blissfully senile and almost zombie-like these days, does not appear to give a hoot WHAT happens to our economic future.
When the economic numbers were released on Friday, there was lots of whitewashing by the media. In fact, the data showed that the number of people working part-time, not full-time, jumped by 460,000 just last month. This is because of Donald Trump.
Economic doubt and fear have spiked 41%, and economist Nicholas Bloom is not sure how it will all play out, but he does say he’s concerned. “I have an increasing fear we will enter into what may become known as the Trump recession,” he explained.
This is not only bad news for the American people; it is terrible news for Republicans who desperately want to win the midterms, but will have a tough time if this recession does come to pass. There are many things that infuriate the American people, but a recession would be the straw that broke the camel’s back.
In uncertain times like these, one thing we do need is a booming economy. The American people need to know their jobs are secure and that they have ways to put food on the table. But what President Musk and sidekick Trump are doing basically is tinkering with the economy, as if it’s a toy, a cool new toy they bought and are experimenting with.
And one should never ever experiment with our economy because our economy is our lifeforce. And if said experiment goes wrong, it could impact millions. I hope this Turmp recession does not happen. However, if it does, my friends — if it does – we know who to look toward for blame.
