Imagine if the movie “The Purge” was real. Imagine there was a particular time when anybody could commit murder and get away with it. Then what we would see is the true psychotics show who they are.

They would do so because the government permitted them to let the masks fall away and let their true maniacal selves out. Well, what we are witnessing is not so different. Have you noticed, my friends, an uptick in misogynistic comments from various Republican men in the last week or so?

I have, and it’s vomit-inducing. I believe all of this is happening because they were permitted to show their true selves. Their hatred of women, coupled with that desire to trap women in a republican nightmare, has been permitted to be set free.

Their madness has been permitted to bloom. It was the Supreme Court that gave this permission. This is because — in my opinion — we have a few misogynists on the Court.

We have a few misogynists, and we have one handmaiden. These people will go down in history hundreds of years from now. Historians will study their legacy and conclude that it is a legacy of control and disdain.

The Supreme Court justices should be embarrassed. They should be ashamed to be seen in public. They should be embarrassed to explain why they want to set women’s rights back decades.

They should be ashamed to be who they are. And that is why we must frame this race as the elections of the century. November 2022 will be the time when misogyny will be on the ballet. It is a primordial battle of good and evil, and tragically, some of our Justices are on the wrong side.
