Earlier today, Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the House Democrats unveiled the HEROES Act, a sweeping piece of legislation that protects Americans financially and medically during the coronavirus crisis. Now Democratic Congressman Ted Lieu is throwing down the gauntlet in favor of the legislation:
