Supreme Court meltdown behind the scenes
The petrified forest of feral critters, also called the extreme court, is not just the laughingstock of the world. They’re also falling apart in real time as some of the Justices are tearing each other to shreds from within. Yes, it had to happen. The court’s relationships with each other are starting to leak into public view. Well, we said it would happen!
The sick six judges have turned into a pack of hungry wolves, devouring the sane and well-written opinions of the three competent justices who also represent the last shred of decency this joke of a court has.
Amy Coney Barrett. Barrett, perhaps, is homesick for the times when MAGA loved her. MAGA has not been showing her much love lately. There have been precious few flower bouquets thrown her way from MAGA, and BELIEVE ME, Barrett knows it. That might be why she chose in her written opinion on nationwide injunction cases , to take her fellow Justice Katanji Brown Jackson to task , with snooty, snot-nosed, patronizing g remarks that made her sound more like an irritable bratty kindergartner than any type of judge.
Jackson had dissented, and in her dissent, she politely said that, in her opinion, her fellow justices had lost the plot. Barrett did not like that reprimand. So, casting aside any sign of competence, she took so many digs at Jackson that her opinion started to resemble the site of a Jerry Springer episode: “Justice Jackson, however chooses a startling line of attack,” Barrett wrote, showing immediately how peeved she was.
Then Barrett stunned many by basically saying Jackson’s opinion doesn’t matter anyway. “We will not dwell on Justice Jackson’s argument, which is at odds with more than two centuries worth of precedent,” the little child snapped IN A WRITTEN OPINION!
Then, after saying, let’s ignore Jackson, Barrett went on fuming about it for another whole page! “Justice Jackson would do well to heed her own admonition: everyone from the president on down is bound by law.” Wow. With her latest growl, Barret just exposed a massive chip on her solder. Not quite Miss Sweetness and Light, IS SHE?
Of course, Barrett lost this battle, as many in the legal community are now reprimanding her. Poor dear! But it is not just Barrett. It is being reported that the twinkly-eyed fanatic, Justice Neil Gorsuch is ALSO being rather pissy. According to Politico he too lashed out at Jackson.
Meanwhile, ever the Trump loyalist, John Roberts has been dismissing all the tension, saying nothing’s wrong, thank you very much! We’re all one big happy family! There is nothing more pitiful than a bad liar trying on yet another bad lie. The court is crumbling quicker than overbaked pie. Everyone’s mad at each other, everyone’s sniping and the sick six have lost all control, and it’s showing.
