Strike three

Were I still a college student and allowed to pick my thesis, I would choose to write about how a certain loser could possibly go through life thinking, in fact, that he is a winner, when it’s apparent that he is a loser. Trump broke his record on Thursday by losing three Judicial cases in one day—if that doesn’t say loser, then nothing does.

Trump lost his absurd bid to try and control national voting, which I never even bothered to write about because, really, did we not KNOW he would lose that one? Trump was also denied the power to defund sanctuary cities across America. That’s two down, and you KNOW how it goes – three strikes, and you’re out.

Thirdly, Trump was denied the right to cut funding to schools that offer diversity and inclusion programs. Yes, the ole racist lost THAT case, too. Was there ever any doubt? It seems that our “president” has done zero for anyone in his first 100 days, except bring fake and absurd legal filings to court, where they get knocked down faster than an insurrectionist breaking into the Capitol.

This comes as Trump’s favorability ratings go down, down, down. Trump’s poll numbers are like a rancher trying to break into a wild and unbreakable pony — he tries, darn it! He tries, chasing it around and around, but he keeps getting bucked and knocked around at every turn, clueless that he desires something he will never be given. It is rather engrossing to watch.

A long time ago, I did not think his poll numbers could go any lower than the forties or low thirties. Now, as Bill Palmer told you, one poll had shown Orange Skeevy tumbling on his ass into the thirties. Dare we hope — could we see — a twenty-something favorability?

Never say never. The man has even somehow managed to even screw things up with his BASE. Let me end this fun and informative essay with a sort of report card, if you will, and a summary judgment on what Trump has accomplished in these last hundred days.

Donald Trump’s wins:

– Judges despise him

– They keep ruling against him.

– Voters despise him

– They keep bringing his poll numbers down.

– Everyone despises him, including himself

Congrats, Donald. What a weird hundred daze for you, indeed.
