With Donald Trump’s presidency unraveling and his reelection odds shrinking, his latest bizarre strategy centers around reopening schools in the midst of a deadly and worsening pandemic. Trump is trying to turn this into yet another wedge issue to divide Americans, and he’s got Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos running interference for him.
