Roger Stone vows to take Ron DeSantis down with him
Roger Stone is now vowing to expose Ron DeSantis’ dirty secrets, in an effort to help Trump take DeSantis out. We’re getting to the good part of the movie where the bad guys start taking each other down out of spite.
Specifically, Stone says he knows where Ron DeSantis was when he was “missing” for weeks. Stone isn’t giving the secret away, but he has a decades long alleged history of collecting dirt on his “friends” so he can use it later to have his way with them.
Notably, while Stone is trying to damage DeSantis in order to help Trump in an imaginary 2024 presidential primary matchup that neither Trump nor DeSantis will be relevant in, any scandalous damage to DeSantis right now could serve to further weaken his already difficult election odds in Florida this November.
Meanwhile, with its arrest of the entire Oath Keepers leadership this past week, it’s becoming increasingly clear that the DOJ is targeting Roger Stone in its criminal probe into the Capitol attack. Stone would end up needing to spill a whole lot of criminal dirt on his “friends” as part of any plea deal he might be able to land.
