Let us imagine a scenario where one applies for a job. This person has an interview. But does not get the job. The hiring manager provides feedback. The person was articulate and well-spoken, but instead of talking about the work that was expected of them– they chose to talk about the work they wanted to do, which is not in line with what the company wants.

They say the person can reapply next year. The person does. And they do precisely what as they did on the last interview — talk about different work than the company is looking for. This scenario described above? That is precisely what the GOP is doing.

The GOP applied for a job. It was to serve the American people. The American people rejected them because they were too extreme and refused to stay on point and talk about what was meaningful to the people.

But they have another chance. They have had many chances. And they keep getting rejected because they refuse to deviate from their insane script.

There is NO method to their madness except perhaps an unconscious desire to keep losing. RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel is declaring the GOP MUST — they MUST — fight back against the Democrats — on abortion. You know — abortion — one of the things that lost the GOP the Senate and almost lost them the House. No method to the madness.

Ronna is saying they need to realize how important this topic is to the people. And it sounds like her solution is to get even more extreme.

“The ostrich message doesn’t work,” a frantic Ronna told WABC. She declared that the GOP needs to push back on democratic abortion extremism. “We don’t believe in gender-selected abortions” Ronna said bizarrely. “We don’t believe the baby should be aborted on its due date” Ronna said insanely. Ronna — what the HECK are you talking about?

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over. The GOP already tried this strategy and got rejected for it. They got rejected in HUGE numbers because this country is overwhelmingly Pro-choice.

Are they mad enough to try it again? Could they be misreading the room THIS MUCH? Apparently so. The American people have told the GOP what they want. The GOP refuse to listen. And that’s why they will continue to lose.
