Real life handmaid’s tale

A D&C is not an abortion. Amber Nicole Thurman had a D&C. She died. She did not die from the D&C. She died because the medical facility she went to in Georgia, was terrified to perform the procedure because of Georgia abortion law. That law said doctors could be jailed for many years. So when this young mother came in sick from the unexpected side effects of the abortion drug, all she was told she needed was a simple D&C .

A D&C is not an abortion. Only they could not give her one. They couldn’t give her one, because as you can imagine, none of them wanted to go to prison. So they waited and they waited as this lovely lady’s infection spread, and time ran out. A D&C is not an abortion. This writer has had D&Cs for my own physical well-being. In the past. This writer has never had an abortion.

They waited 20 hours, which was of course, too long, and this young lady who had aspirations of being a nurse passed away. A D&C is a short procedure that can save lives. It is not, and never has been an abortion. I am going to say a few controversial things here.

Congratulations, extreme court – you of the self-satisfied and pompous souls. You who actually believe your opinions are brilliant, not recognizing them as the chicken scratch slop that they are. A D&C is not an abortion. Donald Trump, already a murderer, can now add the name of Amber Nicole Thurman.

Say her name, Mr. Trump. You won’t. This warm vivacious, ever smiling lady is dead. She’s dead because of the archaic barbaric sick abortion, laws of Georgia, and other states. But she is also dead, because the fanatics, in their fanaticism, are labeling D&Cs, as abortions. D&C’s are as far from abortions as one could get. This writer knows that firsthand. Share the story. Raising awareness , it’s a step to changing the outcome for other women all over.
