Donald Trump goes down in a haze of pathetic delusion
– Trump’s new Texas election lawsuit has the same odds of succeeding as all his other election lawsuits: literally zero. His odds don’t magically improve just because he’s more desperate. In fact, now that the Safe Harbor deadline has passed, this is obviously all just theater. Yet his most gullible supporters still think he somehow magically has a chance, just because he’s stomping his feet.
– The leaks about who was “in consideration” for Secretary of Defense have turned out to be wrong, as was the case with every other position. When you see leaks about who’s “in consideration” they’re obviously not coming from President Biden’s team, because they’re always wrong.
– To give you an idea of just how lost in the weeds Donald Trump is, he’s now whining about how the “bookies” gave him 97% odds of winning the election, and he’s holding it up as proof that he somehow secretly won. This number isn’t even true, and even if it were, it wouldn’t be evidence of anything. Trump has decided that gamblers are a better indicator of who won than vote counts? He’s reached a whole new level of pathetic loser.
