Yesterday Palmer Report pointed out that, for being such a habitual blabbermouth, Rudy Giuliani sure had gone quiet in the days since it became clear that he’s the target of a federal criminal investigation and that he’s likely to be arrested before much longer. As if on cue, Rudy is now speaking up – and he’s not helping his cause.

Just a couple hours after we posted our “Where’s Rudy” article, a new interview with Giuliani surfaced in BuzzFeed. The fact that Rudy spoke up at all is notable, after having disappeared from TV appearances and from his own Twitter account over the past several days. But what stands out is that Rudy is largely reducing himself to the Pee Wee Herman school of legal defense.

BuzzFeed had just published an article asserting that Rudy Giuliani had been spreading phony “propaganda” in the name of propping up Donald Trump and his other clients. So when Rudy spoke to BuzzFeed on the record, he simply decided to refer to the BuzzFeed article as “propaganda.” Well that’ll show ’em.

Rudy Giuliani also asserted that when it comes to the bombshells being published about his criminal antics, “half of what’s written is not true.” Whether he realizes it or not, he just admitted that a good chunk of the new bombshells about him are true. He also said “I don’t know why half the rumors start,” which suggests that perhaps he really is so far gone, he’s convinced himself that he hasn’t really done half the things he’s done. In any case, now we know that Rudy is still conscious. Technically.
