When Joe Biden announced Kamala Harris as his running mate this week, the move was met with widespread praise and acclaim. It left Donald Trump and his team struggling to find a way to strike back at Harris, and they ended up being quite bumbling about it. One of Trump’s advisers Jenna Ellis inexplicably said that Kamala Harris sounds like Marge Simpson.

Now Marge Simpson is firing back. No, really. The Simpsons official Twitter account has posted a new animated clip of Marge Simpson teeing off on Trump and Ellis:

That’s right, Donald Trump and his stooges have blown it so badly, Marge Simpson is now ripping them to pieces. All humor and surreality aside, what’s notable here is that Marge is self-identifying as being a part of the “suburban housewife” demographic that Donald Trump keeps delusionally insisting he’s going to win. Meanwhile, the polls suggest that Marge’s real-world counterparts are turning against Trump more than ever.
