MAGA flames out
Donald Trump had a rally in Michigan to celebrate his first 100 days as America’s failure, sorry idiot, sorry PRESIDENT. There was just one itty, bitty teeny tiny little problem. That was the fact that hardly anyone showed up. “What a paltry crowd.” It was, as so many news outlets said, “sparsely attended.”
Is MAGA finally getting sick of Donald Trump? Where were they? Perhaps they were at home staring in utter shock at their 401k’s, wondering why they had not doubled or even tripled. Or perhaps they were at the grocery store frantically looking for eggs, and then staring in shock at the price tags attached to these eggs.
However, wherever they were, one thing is for sure — they were not at Donald Trump’s rally. At least most of them weren’t. It was a dismal affair consisting of the orange whale lying about himself and insisting this was the best first 100 days of any president’s — everyone says so. Perhaps the everyone Trump is referring to is Hannibal Lecter. I can think of no human who’d say this — not even Republicans. (Well — Maybe Tommy Tuberville.)
Trump also complained all through the rally. He is complaining increasingly, and I am not sure if you have noticed, but his voice has developed this utterly annoying, whiny quality that was not there before. “Empty seats.” According to many, empty seats were the most prominent audience members there.
Is it any wonder? In addition to all his OTHER faults, Donald Trump is boring. He is irrevocably boring. Painfully boring. Donald Trump is the perfect cure for insomniacs everywhere. Put his voice on speaker, and one ‘s eyes are bound to close.
