Donald Trump just keeps finding ways to screw up his election prospects, such as pulling out of the debate and handing Joe Biden the free airtime of a town hall event that night instead. Of course Trump keeps finding ways to screw up the country as well, and one of them is now coming home to roost.

It turns out the CDC wanted to make mask wearing mandatory on public transportation, including planes and trains, in order to curb the spread of coronavirus. But Donald Trump and his White House overruled the CDC, in a scandal that’s just now coming to light.

In response to the news, Joe Biden said it best: “40,000 people a day are coming down with the coronavirus. What is the matter with this guy?”
