Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner reportedly rejected from Florida country club

After having failed in New York and Washington DC, nepotism cautionary tales Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are now moving to Florida in the hope of finally finding neighbors who don’t despise them. Just one problem: even that’s not working out.

The prestigious country club right next to their new home is already letting it be known that Ivanka and Jared won’t be allowed as members, according to Page Six. They’ll probably now claim that they weren’t going to apply for membership anyway, but let’s be real.

If you’re a society type and you buy a house right next to a country club, you’re doing so with the intention of joining. Now we’ll see if they end up moving to a different neighborhood than originally planned. Of course if they end up being criminally indicted in New York, it won’t much matter which state they’d prefer to live in.
