It’s Christmas Eve, which for most of us means spending time with our families and being thankful for what we have. For Donald Trump, this Christmas Eve โ€“ quite possibly the last one he’ll ever spend outside of prison โ€“ today is a day for going utterly, profoundly, cartoonishly berserk, even by his standards. It’s reached such a fever pitch that he ended up tweeting “I am all alone (poor me)” โ€“ no really, he tweeted this.

We don’t even know where to start with this disaster. Thus far today Donald Trump has attacked President Obama, Republican Senator Bob Corker, General James Mattis, U.S. Envoy Brett McGurk, and his own Fed Chair Jerome Powell. Trump has also made a point of praising the governments of Turkey and Saudi Arabia, presumably unaware that we all know he personally owes money to them both. Then it got weird, and frankly scary.

Donald Trump posted this tweet, and we’re not even sure where to start: “I am all alone (poor me) in the White House waiting for the Democrats to come back and make a deal on desperately needed Border Security. At some point the Democrats not wanting to make a deal will cost our Country more money than the Border Wall we are all talking about. Crazy!” Wait, what?

The “President” of the United States just declared “I am all alone” and then added “poor me.” If this were someone else we might write it off as sarcasm, but Donald Trump has no discernible sense of humor. This just sounds like he’s become so depressed over the failure of his presidency and the prison cell he’s going to end up in, he’s given up on life entirely. This tweet alone is reason for impeachment and/or the 25th Amendment. Get this mentally unstable lunatic out of there!
