House Democrats don’t have a House majority or a majority on any House committee, but they’re nonetheless fighting back on all possible fronts. House Democrat Jasmine Crockett used the Republicans’ own “DOGE” committee hearing to go what our friend Brian Cardone calls “scorched earth” against Elon Musk:

The real upshot here is that House Democrats managed to use a Republican-controlled hearing to get their messaging out there. The Democrats are better at this than the Republicans, regardless of who holds the majority.
