Donald Trump has been in office for nearly four years, and yet he’s still struggling to figure out how to build his stupid border wall. Wasn’t this guy supposed to have been a real estate construction mogul? No wonder he went bankrupt so many times. In any case, Trump just hit another wall in his attempt at building his wall.

Trump got so desperate to fund his stupid wall, he tried raiding the piggy bank of other government projects. But that’s illegal, and sure enough, the courts ruled today that Trump can’t do it:

#BREAKING: The 9th Circuit ruled in our favor that @RealDonaldTrump's decision to divert $2.5 Billion to build a border wall was unlawful.

Today, the court reminded the President – once again – that no one is above the law.
