Here they go again

The Republican men of the House of Representatives cannot stop thinking about women it seems, even as they try to work VERY hard to yank everyone’s healthcare out from under them. But if you thought that’d take their minds off the prize — putting women in their perceived place — then you thought wrong.
House Republicans now seem to live, eat, sleep, and exist for the sole purpose of making women’s lives as difficult as possible. At the last minute, some House Republicans added a provision to the big ugly bill. This provision is aimed at blocking funds from the ACA that cover abortion care and services.
Now, many states have laws that require abortion care. Some of those states include Vermont, Oregon, New Jersey, California, Colorado, Maine, and Minnesota. Republican men are sticking their nosy Parker noses in Blue states’ business once again as they frantically work to get women under their control as quickly as possible.
So what this does show is that it was all just another lie — for years, Republicans said, “leave it up to the states, leave it up to the states.” Then, the court decided to do just that. Now, that’s not good enough for them either.
Why do they hate women so much? I believe women intimidate them. I think Republicans neither know nor understand women; I believe they view them and their sterling independence as direct threats to their egos and their (what little they have) masculinity. I think they look at women with mistrust, suspicion, and desire all baked in to create lots of lonely and alienated republican men who are not unlike their MAGA voters.
It is best summed up like this: GOP men do not just dislike women, they look at them as if they are strangers from some far away planet. Imagine if you encountered alien beings, alien beings laughing and dancing and reaching for the stars and the sun, and you lived galaxies apart. That’s exactly the way these men see women as strangers, to be contained and stopped.
