Donald Trump has berserk meltdown about Fox News and Ronald Reagan as everyone turns against him
In a sign that Reagan-era Republicans have had it with Donald Trump’s deranged and deadly antics, the Ronald Reagan Foundation is now demanding that Trump cease using Reagan’s name and likeness in his campaign materials. In another ugly sign for Trump, the latest Fox News poll says that he’s losing by large margins in key swing states.
Let’s just say that Donald Trump isn’t taking any of this well. He went on a Twitter bender today in which he attacked the head of the Ronald Reagan foundation, then attacked Fox News, then attacked Paul Ryan for having taken a behind the scenes job with Fox News.
Trump then went on a separate bender in which he announced that Fox News is now officially part of the “Lamestream Media” in his view. Then he incoherently appeared to accuse Fox of being in bed with “radical left ANARCHISTS.” That’s right, in Trump’s mind, Fox News is now at the center of a liberal conspiracy against him. It’s the only way he can justify to himself that everyone – including many on the right – are now turning against him.
