Donald Trump’s own former White House official slams him for disastrous coronavirus response
Donald Trump has been botching and lying about the coronavirus from the start, and his disastrous Oval Office address last night has brought him scorn from all sides. One of the voices loudly criticizing Trump’s handling of the coronavirus is his own former White House Homeland Security Adviser Tom Bossert.
Tom Bossert took to Twitter late last night and ripped Trump a new one:
There’s little value to European travel restrictions. Poor use of time & energy. Earlier, yes. Now, travel restrictions/screening are less useful. We have nearly as much disease here in the US as the countries in Europe. We MUST focus on layered community mitigation measures-Now!

Again, this is one of Donald Trump’s own former White House advisers. It can’t get much uglier for Trump than that. He’s doing a horrible job with this and everyone knows it – and whole lot of people are willing to say it.
