Donald Trump spent this morning reminding us why he’s unfit to be President of the United States, as he posted tweets like “BULLSHIT” and “Moot full of alligators.” This afternoon Trump reminded us of why he has to be removed from office immediately, as he tried holding a joint press conference with the President of Finland.

At one point during the press conference, Donald Trump began ranting in deranged fashion about Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff while defending beleaguered Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. Trump ended up saying this about Schiff and Pompeo: “There’s an expression, he couldn’t carry his blank strap. I won’t say it.” As a reminder, Trump was saying this during a White House press conference with the leader of a foreign nation.

At another point Donald Trump reached over and slapped the knee of the President of Finland, who responded with a gesture that a lot of people interpreted as gently swatting Trump’s hand away. Immediately afterward, Trump began ranting about getting rid of Nancy Pelosi and “Shifty Schiff.” No wonder the President of Finland didn’t seem to want to be associated with him in that moment.

Donald Trump’s behavior was so deranged throughout the press conference, and at times so borderline psychotic in nature, the hashtag #TrumpMeltdown began trending atop Twitter as everyone piled on. The whole thing is still going on, and right now Trump is viciously attacking Ukraine. By the time this press conference is over, this guy is going to need a straitjacket.
