Don’t give Trump what he wants

With just weeks to go in this election, Palmer Report is leading the charge in fighting and winning. We've been at this for nearly a decade. You know our track record. Help us get across the finish line: Sure I'll help!

Donald Trump (convicted felon, insurrection party, heading to prison) is getting increasingly unhinged in his rhetoric to the point where nobody can understand a damn word that he says. From shouting out in awe over his (own) body to suggesting police violence could bring down crime to making up imaginary people, Trump’s dance with his destiny is looking morbid.

Of course Palmer Report warned of this. We warned that as the clock ticked closer to the election, Trump’s internal alarms would get louder and louder as the jumping gerbil that is his mind does wheelies trying to win. However, he must be at least slightly aware of his chances of blowing this election, which are about 150%.

Republicans know it, too, and they’re all doing cartwheels trying to get the convicted felon back on message. But one can’t get back what one never had. Donald Trump’s message has ALWAYS been chaos. It just never showed itself so blatantly before.

Trump’s gotten so bad that it would not surprise this writer if he openly starts calling for illegal activities. He already has in the sense that he’s called for military tribunals and for the police to use violence. But I think it will go to the next level.

As we get closer and closer to election day, Trump will likely get more sinister in his words. Just remember this: Do not fear Donald. That’s what he wants. In reality, what we have here is a human mutant whose criminal activity has finally caught up with him, who is looking at years upon years of boredom and prison, who is melting down faster than a butter pecan ice cream cone, a man whose utterly terrible at politics, can’t string two sentences together and who will soon become the property of the United States prison system.
