Sometimes when a warning is issued, people do listen. Not always. The Trojans did not listen when the Greeks came bearing gifts in the form of a giant Trojan Horse. They should have listened. But they didn’t. You know the rest. But this story is about a group of people who DID heed the warnings — the American people — our people. And this weekend, people listened to the Trump warning. The LIV Golf tournament.

This tournament hosted by America’s number one traitor, Donald J. Trump, infuriated 9/11 families, not that Trump gave a damn HOW they felt. Apparently though — everybody else did. That is because people heeded the warning. They rejected the gift that Trump bore. They rejected the LIV golf tournament.

So few people showed up that in a stunning price reversal, tickets to Trump’s golf course and this event began selling for the grand old price of $1. The people looked the gift horse in the mouth and said — no, thank you! How angry Trump must have been.

Reports are that there was mere “a smattering” of people. Stubhub was reportedly selling tickets for a dollar as Trump undoubtedly hoped someone — anybody — would swing by.

Even the conservative Wall Street Journal reported on how thin the crowds were. Apparently, most people had no problem staying away. After all, who really would want to be anywhere near there? The moral of this story? Beware of Trump — and the Saudis bearing gifts. The American people took it to heart, and as a result, the Trump tournament had few visitors.
