Donald Trump’s dumpster fire just erupted
The evening is made for pondering complex questions. Sometimes, the night skies seem so close that we can almost reach out and touch them. Of course we can’t. We can’t touch them, and we cannot see, although I certainly wish that we could, the most vivid purple stars shining down.
We can’t see purple stars because our eyes misperceive their color. Humans have a particular sensitivity to light, and we perceive many purple stars as blue. The color purple plays a significant role in politics. There are all those purple voters, who, like a million twinkling little stars themselves, have the opportunity to brighten America’s lands or make them dimmer….
This time, many of them chose incorrectly. But they’re learning, my friends! We can see that reflected in the polls, and every day, Trump repels these voters more and more, and this story will hardly help Trump in that regard. The Trump administration plans to accept a gift from Qatar. They are offering a lovely, luxurious plane, which will serve as Air Force One!
Now this gift has turned into trump’s shitstorm and I am NOT exaggerating when I say that people are (rightfully) losing their minds over Trump’s latest bad — very bad move. Many say such a move violates the Constitution. The foreign Emoluments Clause specifically forbids the acceptance of such gifts but that isn’t stopping our dolt of a President from eagerly voicing his greed, and verbally dismissing all who object.
There are other reasons not to accept this gift. Many say the plane will have to be inspected from top to bottom for potential BUGS — you know — bugs — the things that foreign governments like so much to try to use to spy — not that Donald Trump appears to care a whit about THAT factor.
“Brainless.” Donald Trump is brainless. I mean — we knew that. But there are so many reasons NOT to accept this Trojan horse. Many worry that Trump may be potentially opening himself up to influence from a foreign country.
EVEN LAURA LOOMER — the quack Laura Loomer, whom Palmer Report has told you about, spoke out against this move. When you’ve lost Loomer…. “Qatar is not our friend.” No, they’re not, but in Trump’s tiny brain, anyone who showers him with affection IS a friend, and that’s the problem.
