Many of the world’s best horror novels are about haunted houses. Haunting can be terrifying. One of the best books that used this plot device is Shirley Jackson’s “The Haunting of Hill House.” Read it if you want to be haunted. But people can also be haunted by their own actions and reactions — and by the results and repercussions said actions produce. Donald John Trump is being haunted right now.

His haunting is coming at him slowly and terrifyingly. It’s a languorous tightening of dread. The man has been outfoxed and believes me, he knows it. I say this because of Trump’s ever-growing freak-outs on Truth Social. They’re growing longer and more frequent, you see. They’re becoming insidious. The panic has begun.

The cries for justice reverberate, and the disembodied whispers are creating madness all around him. His collapse is nearly complete. Trump’s latest meltdown occurred just the other night, after Mike Lindell’s phone was seized. Of course, that would scare him. Because this means they are coming ever-closer.

And late Tuesday night, the fear-ridden traitor took to Truth Social. Howling like a caged animal, he spewed more malignant evil into the omnipresent darkness. Calling the country a “weaponized Police state,” Trump proceeded to rant and rave, sounding increasingly desperate.

“The majesty of the United States is gone,” he shouted into the void. He is haunted, yes. And this haunting is coming at him through many of his senses. He feels the walls closing in all around. He sees the closing of the net that is always around him.

And he hears the whispers of Lady Justice. He hears her laughter.

There is no way out for Donald Trump. The haunting has begun, and it won’t end for him. I believe he must know that deep down under all that rank darkness. The haunting is almost complete. So is his final descent into the eternal and sweet rivers of karma.
