In addition to everything else that’s wrong with Donald Trump, he keeps displaying signs of advanced dementia. Each time he appears in public, he comes off as completely senile. That happened again today when Trump tried to hold a press conference.

During his press conference, Trump pointed to current Republican senator and former football coach Tommy Tuberville, and claimed that Tuberville used to coach quarterback Patrick Mahomes. This is bad enough, given the Tuberville never coached Mahomes. But then Trump went on to recount a conversation he thinks he had with Tuberville about Mahomes. Trump even recited a quote from Tuberville about Mahomes, that Tuberville obviously never said.

This isn’t just lying on Trump’s part. This isn’t just narcissism. Nor is it a mere moment of confusion. Trump is flat out hallucinating about imaginary recent conversations that never happened, and he’s sharing those hallucinations in front of the people he’s hallucinating about. Trump’s senility is getting worse by the day. Let’s not forget that, even if we continue to fight against his evil moves.
