Donald Trump goes berserk after his Iran strikes are exposed as an embarrassing failure
Donald Trump recklessly bombed Iran this week in a desperate attempt to salvage his failing presidency. The thing about low percentage plays like this is that they rarely work, and often make things even worse. To that end, both Iran and Israel are thumbing their noses at Trump. Worse, it’s now coming out that Trump’s airstrikes didn’t do much anyway.
It’s been revealed that the bombing of Iran’s nuclear sites failed to set Iran’s nuclear program back by any significant amount of time. Trump would likely have been provided with this kind of intel before deciding to bomb, which means that his attack on Iran was indeed all for show.
Now that the truth has come out, Trump is going berserk on social media. He posted this: “The Democrats are the ones who leaked the information on the PERFECT FLIGHT to the Nuclear Sites in Iran. They should be prosecuted!” Okay, sure, Donald, whatever. Whenever Trump reaches a point where he’s calling for his political opponents to be prosecuted, it means he knows he’s lost the issue.
