Donald Trump caught with his pants down
“Sand-bows” — rainbows on golden sand — don’t happen all that much, but when they do, they are unforgettable in how utterly breathtaking they are. It’s like seeing the unification of golden sunlight and color merge into each other. It is like seeing the love of this country toward our allies and their love for us.
The unity of allies, such as the United States and Canada, has been in place for years. Unfortunately, our riff-raff of a President, with the seedy eyes and the personality of a thug, is trying to steal that alliance, steal loyalty, rob joy, and kidnap unity.
CANADA IS CONSIDERING JOINING US. Trump announced this on Wednesday, saying Canada is considering becoming the 51 state. The reason, Trump explained, is that they want to accept Trump’s offer of a free membership in the Golden Dome. Trump, ever the rage-blimp, could not resist insulting Canada by calling it a separate but unequal nation.
Canada wants to join the United States Trump beamed. Well — on social media, many Canadians exploded at Don the Con. “When will he STOP,” one person wondered. Anyway, on and on it went until Canada spoke up and called:
BULLSHIT! No, Canada explained. Not happening. We’re a free nation and will remain one, Prime Minister Carney said. In other words — Trump lied. OF COURSE HE LIED. Online, some MAGA celebrated because, of course, whatever their cult leader wants, he should indeed have. Only he won’t. Have Canada I mean. But now Trump is reduced to LYING ABOUT THEM AND WHAT THEY SAID.
It is just the latest incident that convinces me that Trump has a screw loose. I mean – he always did, but now it seems more than ever that he is engaging in outright lies, and they are such easy ones to call out, are they not? Donald needs to hear this. Canada is free. Canada wants to stay free. Canada is not ever going to join us. Canada will be our ally because the next DEMOCRATIC president will fix Trump’s mess and make it up to Canada.
