We already know by now that a Donald Trump regime is defined as much by its unstable incompetence as by its pure evil. One of Trump’s highest profile cabinet nominees has already had to withdraw from consideration. Two of the top people at Trump‘s imaginary DOGE Agency resigned just a few days after starting. And now the chaos is continuing today.

Matt Hopson, who was appointed by Donald Trump to be the USAID chief of staff just days ago, has resigned today. No details are being provided about the resignation, but this does come even as Trump and his lackeys try to dismantle USAID.

This raises serious questions about why Trump and his people would bother to put a new appointee in charge of USAID if they were planning to turn around and immediately shut it down. It suggests that this is in just total chaos, and that Trump and his butchers are not bothering to follow any strategy at all.
