At one point today Donald Trump was posing for a photo op in the Oval Office while holding a ridiculously giant envelope from Kim Jong Un that made his tiny hands look even tinier, and it wasn’t even necessarily the most idiotic part of Trump’s day. Since this clown illegally seized the White House, he’s had one idiotic day after another. But today may just have set a new bar.

Trump started the day by insulting Samantha Bee and calling for her to be fired, meaning it was going to be one of those days right from the start. Then he went on to viciously attack Canada. No, really, Canada. He then tipped off that he knew the employment report was going to be a positive one, rather obviously trying to tip off someone out there about the impact that the report was about to have on the market. But that was just the beginning.

Just as Donald Trump was going relatively silent on Twitter this afternoon, we got a glimpse of just how idiotic things are for him behind the scenes. After the news broke that Robert Mueller is closing in on Jared Kushner, the Trump family decided to run off to Camp David to try to figure out a strategy. The catch: Donald didn’t realize that, by taking nearly everyone in his family except Melania and Barron, he was drawing even more suspicion to her ongoing vanishing act.

Oh, and one of the final witnesses against Roger Stone testified before the grand jury today, meaning that his indictment and arrest are coming sooner than we were expecting. Will Stone flip on Donald Trump, or will he just flip out in general? Don’t ask Trump; he’s too busy holding a giant envelope without realizing he’s been pranked, while going on a “family vacation” without his wife – and the day isn’t over yet.
