Crash and burn
A warning has been issued from two major airlines. This warning says that flight bookings to America from other countries are way down, and that this summer, European tourists seem to be going out of their way to avoid the United States. The airlines, Air France and Lufthansa, said the lack of reservations have been significant. Airlines are worried since flights to the United States make up, in some cases, 50 percent of their profits.
Of course, we all know what is happening. Because of Donald Trump, we’ve become an embarrassment. I don’t blame the tourists. What they hear about our wayward, senile leader would be enough to make anyone reconsider their travel plans.
So it isn’t that the skies have turned unfriendly. It’s that WE have — or at least our not-so-beloved president has, as he hasn’t stopped yelling at other countries, accusing them of things they never did.
Lufthansa’s CEO had this to say: “When it comes to vacation trips to the US, especially from the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets, it’s easy to imagine conversations around the kitchen table where families are saying: “We don’t know yet if we want to go.”
Of course, the moronic man will likely appear on some Fox program, bragging about how tourism is UP, that “it’s so great, the best tourism any president has ever had, ask everyone; people are on waiting lists to come here because everyone wants to see the greatest president ever, so many people running to book.”
It’s more like they’re running AWAY — as fast as their legs can carry them. The fact is we’re a national laughing stock these days. Or rather, WE’RE not — but President Hannibal is — not only is he hated HERE, but he is also hated EVERYWHERE. There can be no doubt: Donald Trump, at this moment, is the most despised man in the country.
