Cindy McCain drops the hammer on Arizona GOP
On Saturday we brought you the story of how the Arizona Republican Party has imploded by giving another term to failed state party chair Kelli Ward, who has spent the past two years attacking the only respectable Republicans left in Arizona, and handing elections in the state to the Democrats.
Now it turns out the Arizona Republican Party has formally censured Cindy McCain of all people. She was having none of it, firing back with this tweet: “It is a high honor to be included in a group of Arizonans who have served our state and our nation so well…and who, like my late husband John, have been censured by the AZGOP. I’ll wear this as a badge of honor.”
