Attorneys move to dump Donald Trump

Dear readers, we've just launched the Palmer Report 2025 Operating Expenses Fund. If we can fully fund this, it'll bridge the gap and ensure that Palmer Report can keep fighting now and forever. I'm asking you to contribute what you can to our PayPal Page or our GoFundMe Page, both of which accept debit and credit cards. Thank you.

Even as Donald Trump has begun ranting about his dissatisfaction with the attorney representing him in his criminal trial and may be trying to dump him, it turns out some other attorneys are looking to dump Trump.

A law firm that has spent years representing Trump in various civil cases is now asking the court for permission to cease representing him. The firm is citing an irreparable breakdown in attorney-client relationship. No specific details are being given. But the move is coming shortly after the courts ordered the Trump campaign to turn over documents in an ongoing civil case brought by a former Trump campaign employee.

So what’s really going on? There’s no way to know for sure. Has Trump become too senile and incoherent for this law firm to want to try to interact with him anymore? Has Trump stopped paying them, as he’s so often prone to do? It’ll come out eventually. In the meantime, it’s clear that Trump has even more legal troubles mounting.
