Alan Dershowitz is yet another person bitten by the Trump bug. He has had his fall from grace, and almost nobody takes him seriously anymore. And the Dersh is doing himself no favors with his latest client. That is Mike Lindell of Hardee’s fame. The one and only.

And the Dersh suffered a setback in court. He asked for his client’s cell phone back. The federal court has said — no way. As you know, Lindell’s phone was taken during the Hardees sting operation. Lindell has expressed that he wants it back, and the Dersh did ask. But he was refused.

The Dersh, along with other attorneys, has also demanded a special master for Lindell. “What we’re seeking is what President Trump got in the Mar-a-Lago case,” The Dersh said in a streaming interview on Lindell’s website.

“Denied!” That was the response from this Judge –a Trump appointee, making the news even sweeter. The Judge then proceeded to rake the Dersh over the coals saying his request for the phone back was asking for “an extraordinary remedy.”

“It would be a stretch to grant relief,” the decision says. Now the Dersh MUST have known this request would be smacked down.

After all — he’s been a lawyer for many years. He knows the deal. But the Dersh, like others before him, appears to have lost his mind. These days the man has almost nothing to say unless it’s to lash out on behalf of Lindell, Trump, or whatever misfit he happens to be sympathetic to at the moment.

Self-reflection is apparently not in these folks DNA which is why they will likely continue to be laughed out of courts for many years to come.
