New York Attorney General’s RICO case will aim to “impoverish” Donald Trump and his family

Over the weekend multiple sources on opposite sides of the political aisle confirmed that the FBI’s federal investigation into Donald Trump and Russia has led to two grand juries currently underway. Now one of those sources is also expounding on separate state-level legal action being carried out by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman against Donald Trump.

The news of the federal grand juries came separately from Democratic insider Claude Taylor an Republican insider Rick Wilson (link). One of those federal grand juries involves RICO racketeering charges (link), while the other focuses on the Foreign Agent Registration Act. But today Taylor has clarified that this is separate from the state-level RICO charges being pursued against Trump. And the state case is expected to be a doozy.

“My information is that while all this is Federal, AG Schneiderman is going to be presenting a devastating State RICO case that will among other things literally impoverish Trump, Don jr, Eric, Ivanka and Jared” (link), Taylor has revealed. RICO refers to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, and is most commonly used to take down the highest ranking members of organized crime rings. RICO allows for fines up to “twice the proceeds of the offense,” meaning that if the State can prove its case, it can seize every dollar Trump has ever illegally obtained and beyond. If his fortune is as dependent on illegal gains as is widely suspected, such fines would indeed serve to wipe out Trump and his family financially.

As Palmer Report has previously reported (link), authorities recently arrested ten alleged mafia henchmen in New York whose crime family has ties to convicted Russian mafia figure Felix Sater, who in turn has financial ties to Donald Trump. This was ostensibly with the intention of motivating them to flip on Trump. Help fund Palmer Report

They are using “link analysis” as the basis for investigating this case. It has been used against organized crime and terrorism for decades. Interesting stuff.

This is the most hopeful news I’ve heard. I recall reading that Mr. Schneiderman was pursuing charges against Trump, and I believe this RICO thing will take him down finally. It feels like this has been going on for a lifetime, and now it will be easy to be patient, knowing this will finally end. Thank you!

again cant help but wonder if being so unpopular is maybe starting to get to him. I mean hes in line with the best of American history. He knows all of the dirty greedy self serving events throughout his life. I wonder if he has even a monent of clarity. He has called the birther movement the way he “became popular” I personally see him as a guy with no friends who was less then fullfilled by TV shows protraying himself. He really loved his crowds maybe the first positive approval hes ever had. His attack against Pres. Obama surely was the dog whistle that brought hard core racists and white supremacists moving his way and Obama laughing in his face burned He is surrounding himself with the type of people who really believe they are the special chosen white folks and thats allowed in this country Who among this group will he or Pence be proud to have served with.? He is really alone in the world. Surely he sees Bannon and Miller hate him and have no loyalty toward him. People cannot hide the personality disorders of narcissists sociopaths and all around ass holes during a job interview. They make peoples skin crawl and as you report they are not getting along or playing well with others. I read that Miller “the President will not be questioned”) he was remembered by his fellow HS students for his senior speech. He was angry that students get in trouble for throwing garbage on the floor – they pay low level janitors to pick up students trash right? Thats whose advising Trump. Thats the calibur of those who speak his language. Rich rude self absorbed sociopaths. He has brought them into the House that Michelle Obama honored as the white House built by slaves. Humility is no longer found in our WH but this story is far frim over. You tell it so well

Hopefully we may see a day during this horrific presidency when the 3 pertinent Trump children will be forced before the Courts under oath to flip on Trump himself.

It all makes sense to me now. Why Donald Trump is so flattering of Russia and Russian President Vladimir Putin. He has LOTS of connections there. In 2013 he brought his Miss Universe pageant to Russia and was especially eager for the presence of honored guest: Russian President Vladimir Putin. Trump tweeted Putin a personal invitation to attend the pageant, and a one-on-one meeting between the New York businessman and the Russian leader was scheduled for the day before the show. Donald Trumps Campaign Manager is named Paul Manafort. Before he worked campaigning for Donald Trump, Mr. Manafort worked as an adviser on the Ukrainian presidential campaign of Viktor Yanukovych even as the U.S. government (and John McCain) opposed Yanukovych because of his close ties to Russia’s Vladimir Putin. Manafort is also known for his successful lobbying efforts on behalf of foreign dictators such as Ferdinand Marcos and Mobutu Sese Seko. So, it can also be said with certainty that Post-bankruptcy Donald Trump has been highly reliant on money from Russia, most of which has over the years become increasingly concentrated among oligarchs close to Vladimir Putin. Is this why Donald Trump is hiding his tax returns from the American People so we could not see just how deeply his involvement with Russia and Putin is? Is this why Trump speaks so highly of Vladimir Putin? Is this why Mr. Trump makes disparaging remarks about war hero John McCain? Is this why Trump’s suggestion that the US and thus NATO might not come to the defense of NATO member states in the Baltic’s in the case of a Russian invasion? Is this also why Russian hacked emails from the DNC turned up right before the Democratic Convention? When you add all of this up there is more than circumstantial evidence for a financial, political, and yes criminal relationship between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Donald J Trump including members of his election team. In a normal world this would be called a lot more than just a conflict of interest.
